B is for Bilingual Books for Babies

Every time I walk in the diaper aisle at the grocery store, I can’t help it to smile and remember the time when I had little babes with me. It’s so crazy that my youngest child is a preschooler now!  It’s even crazier that the days of diapers, strollers and bibs are gone.

Many of my friends are just starting to plan families so they usually ask me questions about babies. Unfortunately, i have a horrible memory and I can’t remember much about that time when my kids were babies. But if there is one advice that I always give to my bilingual friends is to create an environment where their children can be bilingual.

It takes commitment, enthusiasm and determination to raise bilingual children. I don’t think it’s an easy process. (At least, it hasn’t been for me!) Luckily, there are great resources that parents can use to help us raise bilingual kids. My children’s favorite resources were books. Here I share my all-time favorite bilingual books for babies.
